Booking Procedure

Step 1 : Register

Please register as member at https://sabahbooking.com/register

Please double confirm your email address is correct, all mailings, Reservation Receipt and latest travel information will be send to this email.

Simply visit and book in relevant pages after registration, no re-login required.

Step 2 : Choose

To book hotel, please visit: https://sabahbooking.com/hotels

To book tour, please visit: https://sabahbooking.com/tours

If you are not login yet, please login before book.

You may try to calculate the total amount of your booking in every single page of each item. After that, proceed to next page.

Step 3 : Provide Details

Please provide "Full Name", "Contact Number", then choose a payment method. You may leave us some words about your special request.

Step 4 : Wait for Confirmation

We will handle your booking immediately once you have submit it.

In general, your booking will soon be confirmed within half an hour. However, it might takes an hour or even several days if we need to check the availability of some specific tours / hotels.

If your further confirmation is required, an email with subject "Regarding your booking (xxxxxx)" will be send to you. Kindly give us a reply.

If you choose "Online Payment" as your payment method, an email with subject "Booking Status has been changed to 'Awaiting Payment...'(xxxxxx)" will be send to you after we have confirmed the availability. Please follow the instruction inside for payment.

Step 5 : Get your Receipt

An email with subject "Booking Confirmation - xxxxxx will be send to you once the booking is confirmed.

Please check again your booking, especially the Remark item. Please download the Reservation Receipt in email attachement for your perusal reference.

We recommend you to print out the Reservation Receipt but not necessary, just in case you might need it to contact us.

A reminder email will be send to you 5 days before you check-in (if you booked hotel) or traveling (if you booked tour).
