Ready to experience a memorable bamboo-rafting journey?
Experienced rafters instruct newcomers to this sport on proper techniques and safety procedures. All participants are equipped with safety helmets and life jackets. Other than the thrill and excitement of riding the roaring rapids, white water rafting is also an opportunity to see the forests and countryside.
By the banks of the river, participants assemble for a briefing on safety procedures. Start rafting which takes approximately 45 minutes - 1 hours to the ending point. Upon arrival at the ending point, change your cloth and have your lunch.
The following are some points to remember:
- Wear well-fitting shoes.
- Jewelries which cannot be secured firmly should not be worn while rafting.
- Those wearing glasses are reminded to use an elastic sports holder to anchor their spectacles.
- Contact lens users are advised to wear spectacles instead, in order to minimize the risk of lenses getting contaminated by river water.
