Shun Shun Water Bungalows features 12 luxurious water bungalows built over the pristine waters of Semporna, offering a stunning blend of simplicity and sophistication in its design. From the outside, the bungalows may appear like charming water chalets, but a world of elegance awaits you inside.
Step into spacious rooms adorned with modern interiors, reminiscent of a five-star resort. Every detail is carefully curated to ensure comfort and style, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and romance. Definitely do not judge a book by its cover.

Check-out time: 10:00 A.M.
Important notes:
• A security deposit of MYR 200 per room will be charged by the resort upon check-in. If there are no issues during check-out, the full amount of the security deposit will be refunded back to the guests.
• Non-Malaysia tourists are required to pay Malaysia tourism tax at MYR 10 per room per night to the resort upon check-in.

Important notes:
• Kindly plan your flights according to the boat transfer above.
• The journey from Tawau Airport to Semporna will take about 1 and a half hours to 2 hours (Subject to the traffic conditions along the way).
• For the 14:30 P.M. boat-in, the resort will not provide lunch. Guests will need to arrange their own meals. In this case, lunch will be rescheduled to the check-out day, depending on the guest's flight and boat transfer arrangements.

Important notes:
• Snorkeling equipment is not included in this package and is available for rent from the resort at MYR 50 per pax.
• A penalty fee of MYR 100 will be charged by the resort for any loss or damage to the snorkeling equipment.
• Guests are required to return to the resort before sunset, no water activities are allowed after sunset for safety reasons.

- What to bring: Sunblock lotion, Swimwear, Towel, Hat/Cap, Slippers, Extra cash, Personal toiletries, and Personal medication (if necessary).
- Non-Malaysia tourists are required to pay Malaysia tourism tax at MYR 10/room per night to the resort.
- Purchasing your own travel insurance is recommended for peace of mind.
- For the 14:30 PM boat-in, the resort will not provide lunch. Guests will need to arrange their own meals. In this case, lunch will be rescheduled to the check-out day, depending on the guests flight and boat transfer arrangements.
- Snorkeling equipment is available at the resort for rental at MYR 50 per pax. A penalty fee (MYR 100) for any loss or damage to the snorkeling equipment will be charged.
- Curfew for any water activities are latest before sunset for safety reasons.
- Payments for Malaysia tourism tax, snorkeling equipment rental, and others applied in the resort are by cash only.

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.
