Description

Weston Wetland, a natural mangrove forest, is just two hours away from the Kota Kinabalu City. The forest is home to a wealth of varied wildlife, including the like of Proboscis Monkey and silvery lutung. If you are lucky, you might even see crocodiles. At night, we will be taking a cruise down the river to find the light of forest -- fireflies.

On the next day, we will be heading to Kundasan for a relaxation trip around the famous landmark of Mt. Kinabalu. We will first stop at the Nabalu town market half-way to the destination. There you will find farm products and handicrafts made by the locals. Then, we will be visiting the Poring Hot Spring not far away from the Kinabalu National Park Headquarters. Here you can enjoy the hot spring or visit the nearby national park for various interesting venues from butterfly farm to Carson Falls. Next, we will head for a fish massage at the nearby Sungai Moroli. The fishes are naturally living in the river itself and having your feet massaged in a river is a unique experience in itself. Desa Cattle Dairy Farm is the last stop of the day. Here you can feed the cattle and enjoy the freshest dairy products while enjoying the endless patch of emerald green and fresh, clean air.

Sabah is a naturally-gifted place filled with mountains and sea. A trip wouldn't be perfect without some aqua activities. After spending days in the "green", we will deep into the sapphire blue around Sapi Island and Manukan Island. Around these islands, you will find beautiful beaches and a complete assortment of water sports activities.

1st Day

    Arrival at Weston jetty pick up by boat to Weston Jaafar River Lodge.

    High tea at river lodge.

    River Safari enjoy viewing Proboscis Monkey, Fisherman Village, Flying Flock of Egrets & Reddish-Fire Sunset View.

    Candle light dinner with fireflies in Weston Jaafar River Lodge, a unique spot for fireflies photo-shooting!

    Fireflies night river cruise with a spectacle show "Whispering with Fireflies".

    Depart for Kota Kinabalu city.

    Reach Kota Kinabalu city, transfer back to hotel / lodge.

    Pickup from hotel, proceed to jetty and take boat ride towards Manukan Island.

    Be mesmerized by the colorful fishes transparent by the crystal clear blue sea and vast greeneries surrounding the island.

    BBQ lunch will be served at Manukan Island.

    Transfer to Sapi Island. Free at leisure for relaxing, or an option for water sports.

    Transfer back to mainland.

    Send back to hotel.

    Visit to Filipino Market/Shopping Mall.

Pay on travelling day

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.
