The guides that were with us were a blast. They really set a very fun mood that will make sure that you're having the time of your life. With that said, they also kept their duties in mind, making sure we didn't swim off too deep or too far, that we avoided rocks and hard corals that might hurt us. They are very enthusiastic in helping us take pictures as well.
The only thing I would complain about is that the guides were not environmentally friendly at times. One of our guides was smoking cigarettes during the hike, and we saw of one of them littering as well.
The facilities provided were alright. The lunch given was quite good, there were 3 dishes and you pick how much you want of each. They provided enough water for everyone too. We brought our own snorkeling goggles but they provided them as well as flippers. They also provided towels for you to dry off a little after snorkeling.
