The newly built Semporna Water Chalet Resort is HERE!
Crystal Resort Semporna officially opened in Jun 2022. The view of peaceful and crystal clear sea water, makes you feel like you are in the Maldives.
The resort only offers 10 chalets, with the limited amount of chalets, which makes you feel like having a vacation in a private resort is very suitable for a Honeymoon couple!
For family, we can provide family room with 1 queen bed + 1 single bed.
Important Note:
- Child rate applies for children between 3 - 12 years old, based on YEAR OF BIRTH only.
- Child who need take up a bed consider same price as adult.
- Infant below 3 years old is FOC (Only jetty fee will be collected ).
- Starting in 15 December 2023 , International guest shall be subject to Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night and is compulsory to pay by cash at the resort front desk before check-in.
Boat transfer schedule:
Semporna Jetty - Crystal Resort : 11:30 am OR 03:15 pm
Crystal Resort - Semporna Jetty : 9:30 am OR 12:30 pm
Land Transfer Schedule:
Arrival: Will depend on the actual situation and combine the nearest flight schedule guest.
Departure: 06:00 am / 07:00 am / 10:00 am / 12:00 pm / 14:00 pm / 17:00 pm
Recommend Boat to Crystal Resort:
Arrival:
- Before 9:30 may follow the 11:30 boat in.
- Before 13:30 may follow the 15:15 boat in.
Note: For guest arriving after 13:30 will need to stay for 1 night in Semporna Town.
Recommend Return Boat Schedule:

- After 17:00 may follow 12:30 boat out.

- Discovery Scuba Diving - 2 Dives per day.

- Diving included: BCD + Regulator, weight and belt, wetsuit, mask and fins, packed lunch, drinking water, jetty fee, permit fee, entrance fee, boat fee, towel, snorkeling set, and guide fee.
- For solo divers will have a surcharge of MYR 50 per person.
- For guest that are booking for Fun Dive and have not dived more 1 year and above will be compulsory to undergo the dive refreshment. Price: MYR 100 per person.
- Pregnant women , guest with breathing related illness/problems (Eg. Asthma, coronary disease, epilepsy, cold or congestion , under the influence of Alcohol.) and guest that has just undergo any form of surgeries will not be able to participate in any diving activities.
Equipment Rental:
Snorkeling set MYR 10 per set. (It will be a one time pay and may use till check out day)
Transparent Kayak MYR 20 for 30 minutes

Pay on travelling day
No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.

Tour location / Depart from: Tawau (Semporna) . To reach Tawau city, you have to take a domestic flight or bus express from Kota Kinabalu or Sandakan. There are direct flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport too.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: (1.) More than 31 days before arrival , provide full refund. (2.) 30 - 16 days before arrival , charged 30% of the full amount. (3.) 15 - 8 days cancellation , charged 50% of the full amount. (4.) 7 - 1 days before arrival , charged 100% of the full amount.
Tour Type: Private trip. You group will NOT share the trip with other guests.
Insurance: Tourist transportation insurance included. Please contact your insurance agency for personal travel insurance.

Pickup Service: Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
