In order to provide quality services and smooth journey to the subscribers (abbreviated as "you") as well as ensuring both parties deal under ample understanding, Sabah Booking (abbreviated as "our company") have drawn out the terms of service as following:
- "Confirmation Slip" is not a confirmation guarantee; operator/tour company might cancel your reservation (reservation without deposit) without any notification in advance when there is no vacancy. Nevertheless, our company will pay close attention on the changes of your reservation. If there was a change our company will inform you immediately. To avoid such situation, you are advice to pay full or part of the deposit (according to the policy of each operator or tour company) for your reservation to be preserved.
- All accommodations, packages, tours, car rental and other services may be available at the time of enquiry but it is not being held for you. A request cannot be confirmed until our company receive payments and client personal particulars.
- After reporting to you that there are vacancies for reservation, if your booking, payment, and submission of personal details not to be done immediately but a few days later, our company would not guarantee the vacancies still being reserved.
- All reservations are suggested to be done at least one week earlier. Our company will send a reminder email 5 days prior to you check in day/traveling day.
- If there was a change in your plan, kindly put your cancellation forward as soon as possible. You can cancel via email, phone call or login to cancel.
- If you cancelled at the time (prior to check in or 12 hours before touring, or didn't attend on time, included late, lose contact, cancel or NO-SHOW), the operator/tour company has the right to impose 100% of the cancellation fees from each person. Our company will collect payment from you.
- The pricing of tour group is Seat In Coach (SIC) basis. If you required private tour, the pricing will be different.
- For the matter of refund, besides the expenses imposed by the operator/tour company, another 5% of the cancellation charge will be imposed.
- Itinerary published is for reference only, it subjects to any necessary changes in accordance to local requirements.
- Each tour company or operator has their own policies. Please refer to respective agency/operator if there was discrepancy on the policy published in our website.
- If the personal details provided were untrue, our company has the right to refuse (cancel) your reservation.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- The contents of website or the rules drew may be incomplete, if you have any confusion, kindly put forward your enquiry. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
- Our company shall not be liable/guarantee for any travel company or operator service satisfaction, integrity, facilities ...etc. However, any complaints or suggestions can be conveyed through us.
- Our company will not responsible with any tour/room/car which is not reserved via this website, even though the tour/room/car is owned by the same tour company/operator.
- Our company has nothing to do with your safety, property, flight schedule, tour program, and the others.
- Each tour may not be 100% executed and may be cancelled due to natural or anthropic factors, for instance: weather, traffic, man power, or transportation. Nevertheless, our company will put forth an effort.
- Our company will not responsible for the failure of the tour if there was any mistake in the personal details provided, such as name, contact number, pickup location, passport number, room, tour activities... etc. With regards to this, your reservation will be served as NO-SHOW, there is no refund for such situations.
- Tour company, operator reserves the right to alter the itineraries and/or substitute services with or without prior notice as a result of circumstances beyond their control or it found to be in the best interest of all concerned.
- In case of bad weather, landslide, road accident, and other possible situations causing you failed to catch up your flight in same the day, tour company will not responsible to your air ticket, meals & accommodation and relevant expenses which is not in tour service circumference.
- The operator refuses liability for any damages, inconveniences or costs that may have been incurred as a result of the unexpected incident happened. No refund will be given for any part of the services after commencement of tour.
- Our company will hold the rights to reject any application without further explanation.
Your duty to resolve complaints at the time
If you do have a complaint about the holiday, and you can show that this is a result of a breach of the contract by the tour operator / tour guide, you must still take all reasonable steps (include but are not limited to inform the tour guide / relevant personnel) to minimise the disruption to your enjoyment of the holiday. This is called ‘mitigation of loss’. Your claim for compensation will not be entertained if you didn’t complain as soon as possible (on the spot) and give the tour operator / tour guide every reasonable opportunity to put things right, or if you didn’t accept any reasonable attempts by the tour operator / tour guide to sort out the problem at the time.
Personal Data Protection
This Personal Data Protection Notice ("Notice") describes how Netquas Holiday Sdn. Bhd. [and its respective subsidiaries, associate companies and jointly controlled entities] ("the company") uses your Personal Data.
In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail. Collection of Personal Data
- "Personal Data" means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, identification card number, telephone numbers, address, email address, date of birth, age, gender, photograph, race, ethnic origin, nationality, passport number, social media contact, marital status, information about your company and your designation in your company, credit/debit card details, your flight and travel details, frequent flyer number or other loyalty program membership number, or any information about you which you have provided to the Company in any correspondence or when you engage the Company for services and/or any information about you that has been or may be directly or indirectly collected, stored, used and processed by the Company from time to time. The Company may also collect sensitive personal data such as data relating to your health, religion or other similar beliefs, and you hereby expressly consent to the use of such sensitive personal data, and sensitive personal data will form part of the definition of "Personal Data".
- Provision of your Personal Data is mandatory for the Purposes (as outlined below). If you do not provide the Company with your Personal Data, the Company will not be able to provide the services you have requested, such as organising your travel arrangements.
Purposes of Processing
- The Company may use and process your Personal Data to provide you the services you have requested, to perform the contract you have entered into with the Company and for the purposes relating to the business and activities of the Company which shall include, without limitation the following ("the Purposes"):-
- to process your travel arrangements or for matters related to your travel arrangements, including for flight and accommodation bookings, making ground arrangements, purchasing insurance, application of visa, etc;
- to facilitate your participation in any contests or promotional/marketing events which you have signed up for;
- to facilitate your participation in loyalty programs;
- for purposes of billing and payments relating to the services you have requested;
- to contact and correspond with you regarding various matters pertaining to the services you have requested, such as the status of your travel arrangements, last minute cancellations, etc;
- to respond to questions, comments and feedback from you;
- for internal administrative purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, and to improve our services;
- for purposes of detection, prevention and prosecution of crime;
- to enforce or defend the Company's legal rights and/or to obtain legal advice;
- for the Company to comply with its obligations under law whether within or outside Malaysia;
and you agree and consent to the Company using and processing your Personal Data in the manner as identified in this Notice.
Marketing and promotional purposes
- Unless you have indicated otherwise, the Company may also use and process your Personal Data for marketing and advertising purposes such as to:-
- send you communications regarding the Company's latest promotions and services;

- All online payments will be received by MOLPay, an online payment gateway. Our system will NOT store your initial credit card info on file which means that our company will not be able to automatically charge you for any future payments.
