抵達克里亞斯河碼頭後，登上一艘舒適的遊船，開啟一場 1.5 小時的神奇紅樹林巡遊之旅。在這片原始的濕地保護區，睜大雙眼，尋找稀有迷人的長鼻猴、活潑的長尾獼猴、優雅的銀葉猴，以及其他棲息於此的奇妙野生動物。

Not sure if this feedback is for Tour or Sabah Booking - I had to contact the company to confirm a pick up time but I did get a response. Pick up was at least 40mins late. Van broke down. No communication about plan. Van stopped by to offer to pick us up but not accepted by tour company ?? Cost. Sent rescue Van but was told it would take an extra hour. We had to find our own Grab transport (which we did get a refund). Requested a discount for the trip as our tour was >30mins less than others but refused.

The dissatisfaction is due to the following reasons:
(1.) Initially we booked for Klias River Fireflies tour, however, the tour was cancelled due to weather issue. And since this is a prepaid tour, we were forced to switch to another tour -- "Kawakawa Sunset Cruise + Nanamun Fireflies".
(2.) The van broke down quite a few times while transferring us to Kota Belud. The driver had stopped at the roadside to fix the van whenever we heard some weird and loud noises. We felt like our life at stake during the whole journey.
(3.) Besides, the driver seems like not familiar with the route to Kota Belud. And due to car broke down and the aforesaid reason, we were 1 and a half hour late for the planned schedule. As a result, we were forced to abandon one of the tour item, i.e. watching sunset at beach. In brief, the overall schedule was very rush and hardly relaxing.
(4.) The jetty beside ours is a lot better in terms of the exterior of the jetty and the cleanliness of the high tea dining area. We did not pay less than others to "enjoy" such facilities and services.
(5.) Lastly is the blackout in our dinner dining restaurant whereas the restaurant beside us seems like have full force electricity. It was not fun dining in the dark while you were in the wild. You don't know what you are eating. Again, we did not pay less than others to "enjoy" such facilities and services!
