美人鱼岛是世界生态保护组织管制的海洋生态保护海域，只能从事无污染的浮潜或深潜水上活动。绵延细腻的白沙、纯朴的龙古斯民族、随风摇曳的椰树都是拍摄者的好目标。让人心旷神怡的海滩，以及清澈透底的海水，在浩瀚的海洋世界里欣赏与众不同的海底生物，是一件多美好的事。
红树林，人间的一处美丽景色。其珍贵之处是在于它对野生动物的保护有着重大的作用。它生长在陆地向海洋的过渡地带，是一种特殊的生态系统。红树林生活着众多的野生动物，其中最为珍贵的是沙巴特有的长鼻猴。长鼻猴不以香蕉或其他水果为食物，而是以红树林的叶子为食，所以它们只生活在红树林地带.
其中红树林最赏人悦目的莫过于萤火虫。每到夜晚，它们就像一盏盏的灯笼为夜晚的红树林增添了几分神秘的色彩。有萤火虫为您点亮前行的路，让您尽情的欣赏夜晚红树林的另一面。
第一次玩浮潜？
浮潜是指使用一根呼吸管在水面上游泳，不需要特别的训练，就可以在自然环境中观察水下生物，观察的时候也不会受水泡的干扰，美丽的海中世界就能让浮潜当下的您浑然忘我、陶醉其中。若您不善游泳，您也可以穿着救生衣玩浮潜。
要注意的是，浮潜者的背可能长时间露在阳光下被晒伤，但是自己却没有注意到。穿相应的衣服可以保护自己被晒伤。脱水是另一个危险，因此建议浮潜多喝水，喝水也能防止痉挛。
孕妇、年长者
- 海上航行有时候海浪会稍大、快艇容易颠簸，初期孕妇不适宜前往。
- 若有孕妇同行，请务必于预订时先向我们报备哦！
- 陆路川行即将抵达 Kota Belud 碼頭的路段，山路蜿蜒崎岖，部分旅客可能会有晕眩不适感。

本团会因天气关系而取消，特别在沙巴雨季的时候（11月～1月，以及6月）。若有取消，旅游公司会在当天早上7点前通知您，您可以联系我们以便立即改安排其他行程，或告知您要延后一天参加。
有时候天气尚可且旅游团按时出发，但海浪会稍大、船身颠簸，您可能会觉得不舒服。登岛后若天气没有好转的迹象，只能进行一次浮潜活动，并且基于安全理由而提早离开美人鱼岛。行程启程后将不获任何退费。

- 建议携带：防蚊液、防晒油、换洗衣物、毛巾、帽子、零用钱、拖鞋、照相机、太阳眼镜、望远镜。
- 5 岁及以上的小孩才可以参加浮潜活动。
- 在船程途中，您和您的行李也许会被海水溅湿，请使用防湿袋或雨衣保护。
- 若出游前一天才『临时取消』或『没有出现』（No-Show），旅游公司仍然会向您收取全额费用。
- 若接载地点位于 Kinarut 地区（例如：Beringgis Beach Resort、Kinabalu Villas) 将须多付每人 MYR 30 交通费；位于 Putatan 地区（例如：Hotel No5、Lintas Area、Lido Avenue、Lido Four Season、Platinum、Pan Borneo)，将须多付每人 MYR 20 交通费。

to the person hiring 阿豪 (+60 11-51999800) , PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!! He is the nicest, most helpful and sincere tour guide i have ever met. He takes care of me and my friend, and is very willing to answer our questions and tell us more about the culture and history of Kota Kinabalu. He even helped us take pictures when we were snorkeling, and offered to give us those pictures for free! (most tour guides will ask us to pay but 阿豪 did not, he is too nice!!)
To the people who are wondering which tour guide to look for, please ask for 阿豪 to bring you around!! I promise you guys will like him a ton :)

This tour was the best of my Borneo trip, I absolutely loved the snorkeling experience and how smoothly it all went. Given the high volume of visitors, I would suggest longer time allowed at Mantanani beach for sightseeing instead of wasting our time waiting (more than 1.5 hours) at jetty restaurant for other tourists to join the next tour itinerary. My group literally fell asleep while waiting and woke up for the next itinerary without much anticipation due to tiredness. Our experience was average initially due to limited period on the beach and long waiting time at jetty but improved gradually after the sighting of proboscis monkeys and thereon.

Our tour guide looked after us very well.
I was disgusted with the actions of the boat crew when at the island. They threw bottles, cans and cigarette packets out of the boat into the water where i was swimming.!
i cannot ever recommend this trip now to anyone. Such a beautiful place they have and totally no respect for their customers or the environment. I was ashamed to ride back with them.
The people on the island also have a big burn pit where it seems everything is chucked in and burnt. Overflowing bins and rubbish lying in plain view for all to see.

It was a great tour and the guides are great and friendly.
There are so many Chinese tourists and with them comes their negative attitudes towards nature and the environment. It's disgusting to see them litter and treat the wild life poorly but the guides do their best to stop them. The beaches are beautiful and the cruise is awesome. The only concern I had was that I was asked to wear a life jacket while snorkeling (luckily I didn't have to). This needs to be advertised or western people need to be an exception. I'm not disabled and I wouldn't choose to do a snorkeling trip if I couldn't swim. It's almost offensive to be told you have to wear one. It's defiantly something that needs to be advertised. But because I didn't have to wear one and I was free to snorkel it was fantastic.

第一部分浮潛，基本上浮潛時間很少，兩節加起來感覺大概半小時，很多時間是用在無聊的等待，看見導遊們在互相談笑，客人無聊的在等。行程說是第一節浮潛，午餐再浮潛，結果感覺是匆匆兩節浮潛然後午餐，然後就在等，導遊們也沒有做什麼說明或交待。
第二部份紅樹林比較好，行程有趣，已且沒有無聊的空等。
導遊中只有一位亞哲做得比較好，其他有兩位對遊客的問題顯得不耐煩，有一位Jordon 更是一直在黑臉。

Tour completely different from what I booked. Snorkeling only one hour at one spot directly in front of the so called "resort", which was in fact dilapitaded wooden houses.
Been stuck into a group of 100 chinese non-swimmers. That was the reason for not visiting the actual snorkeling point...the Chinese were only interested in taking pictures of themselves and not in snorkeling. Tour guide only interested in taking pictures of Chinese girls.
"Boat tour" to see Proboscis Monkeys lasted for 15 minutes...500 meters down the river then
going back...what a joke.
Feel totally ripped off!!!

We had to wait for some time before snorkeling which is a bit boring, and regret we coudn't do 2nd snorkeling session due to the sea conditions.

The price for the tour was indeed worth it! However, the actual schedule on that day did not go according to what was planned. The second snorkelling session was cut short and the kawa kawa river cruise started too early around 6.30pm. It would be nicer to watch the fireflies later at night according to what was stated on the itinerary. Also, the tour did not state that the tour will be conducted in Mandarin. My boyfriend does not understand mandarin so he did not enjoy the trip much. I had to translate e whatever was explained by the tour guide to him. It would be better if it was mentioned that the tour will be conducted in Mandarin so I can choose another tour which was conducted in English.

1. After picking my family and me from the hotel we were taken round and round in.KK to pick other passengers. This went on for 1.5 hours. By this time we were dead tired and the tour haven't started yet.
2. We were finally relocated from the van to a bus. The bus was not in a good condition. The seats were not adjustable. Thus after the long ride some of us had a terrible backache.
3. The speed boat took us to a testing place at a beach which was dirty and unkempt. So terrible. The area where the dining table was set up had red ants all over and unfortunately we were bitten.
4. The snorkeling.mask.was of poor standard and water was leaking into the facial area.

6. On the way back it rained and the boat was open at the sides. No co ers to be dropped to prevent occupants from.being wet by the rain. We were all badly soaked wet. It was cold and uncomfortable. So I cancelled the Kawa kawa trip as what is the point of going on a river boat ride to see monkeys and fire flies when.It's raining so heavily. We were also so wet and my family didn't feel.like doing this as there was no point in going as there will be no monkeys not fire flies. However we were not given a refund not any small discount neither. We got wet due to the condition of the boat and on top of that we were penalized for not going on the Kawa Kawa trip.
7. We were cold , wet and stuck for three hours in a traffic jam and when the. An reached KK we had to wait to be transferred to.another van to take us to Beringgis resort. It was really such a horrible experience in total which left all of us feeling so fed up and frustrated.
2. We were finally relocated from the van to a bus. The bus was not in a good condition. The seats were not adjustable. Thus after the long ride some of us had a terrible backache.
3. The speed boat took us to a testing place at a beach which was dirty and unkempt. So terrible. The area where the dining table was set up had red ants all over and unfortunately we were bitten.
4. The snorkeling.mask.was of poor standard and water was leaking into the facial area.

美人魚島很美，海水很清澈可以看到很多魚，非常值得推薦去，不過因為坐船還有點距離，會暈船的記得吃藥；螢火蟲真的很多，導遊阿健人也很nice，有什麼問題都會馬上幫忙。除了浮潛蛙鏡自己戴的不是很適應以外，整個行程非常滿意。

The pickup time delayed more than half hour and also we waited a lot during the tour. The guide has time management issue, he never told us the gathering time for next stop. There was an activity to watching the local monkey which we wait a lot and in the end we took on a small boat with half shield on the roof. After 5 minute, the guide told us it's going to raining...we have to stop the activity....I was really shock because the others took a fully shield boat they can continue but we can't. I don't understand ...I didn't choose the cheaper tour on the other website, I thought the quality would be better.....I would not recommend others choose this tour anymore.

I wasn't told that the tour would be in Chinese as it didn't mentioned on the website, and I couldn't catch most of the instructions and also couldn't communicate well with fellow travellers as I'm practically not a Chinese speaker.

After returning from Mantanani, we spent too long waiting (almost 2 hours with nothing to do!) before going to river cruise to look at monkeys.
The weather on that day was good with minimal wave, would be great if we can stay on Mantanani longer. slightly hurry on island, we only had 30-45mins free time after lunch.
Sunset watching before dinner was very beautiful!

在Rampayan 紅樹林只能遠遠地看到一只長鼻猴，有點失望。而且紅樹林的導遊並沒有作任何介紹，感覺上是領隊而不是導遊。

你好~我是參加4/14的美人魚島及看長鼻猴與螢火蟲之旅的人.這次行程我覺得貴公司的接送沒問題.但是一開始在美人魚島派來的華人女導遊不OK.因為我們這團都是華人.不見得每個人都聽得懂英文.所以她沒翻譯到什麼.都要我去問.同行也有其他人反應但沒說.反而是看猴子及螢火蟲時換來的華人男導遊阿良還會用中文跟我們說明.另外因為美人魚島結束後要接下一個行程就是在碼頭等待.貴公司應該也要先說明為何要等那麼久.而不是讓我們參與的剩下團員在那等許久.後來主動問了才知道原因....
