We were ready for 1:30 as stated on the email, we weren’t picked up till shortly after 2pm. I had to message them to make sure they were still coming, we spent more time driving around to and from than on the water. Hi-tea and dinner was good. Tour felt rushed we felt like we hardly got anytime to see monkeys or the fireflies.

Friendly tour company, we enjoyed the tour guide explanation of the site we toured. The end with the fireflies was magical. I recommend it.

We didn't manage to visit the mangrove trip as we arrived late due to the long traveling distance ie. 4hours drive to the destination. We also didn't get to watch the sunset as it's late. We are offered tea break food together with the dinner meals as it's past our tea break time due to the lateness. The tour company should arrange the guide to reach our hotel earlier knowing that there's traffic jam along the way due to the holiday. The tour guide car is dirty with used facemasks inside the car and tour guide dressing messy n not presentable, just slipper, shoe n tshirts. We've requested the tour company to refund us for the mangrove boat ride but there's no reply after numerous calls. We are expecting the refund reply asap cos my family n I are very unsatisfied with this tour outcome. Looking forward to receiving a favorable reply asap. Ms Patricia Chan

The driver picked me up a little early from the re-timed schedule and I enjoyed his friendliness despite we have communications problems at the 1st place. He thought I can speak Chinese at first but I actually can't. haha A lot of thanks to him, Uncle Ah Seng. He's a great driver. XD

I totally enjoyed myself during the trip, our tour guide was friendly and can sense that he has a great heart for nature and plans to preserve it by creating awareness to the tourist who visited the area. The fireflies were beautiful just sad that the weather was rainy that day and we didn't get to enjoy the company of fireflies longer.
One suggestion I would like to make is to provide an option perhaps on the booking form on preferred language during the tour. Though my husband and I are Malaysian Chinese, we weren't very fluent in the language but was put together on a tour with Chinese tourist where the tour was conducted fully in mandarin. It would have been perfect if the tour was conducted in English.

小黑 the tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun to travel with, should consider giving him the opportunity to develop in this profession. In order to encourage repeat travellers and referrals i suggest you improve the food quality and washroom facilities. transportation was clean and efficient . 行程及導遊都還滿意
但安排接送的大巴太過老舊，下午外面陰天，但車輛內冷氣完全不冷，又不能開窗，2個小時的車程，流汗悶熱令人難以忍受。

I understand the tour bus had a break down so could not collect us.Eventually I went and asked a van driver who was sitting in the carpark if he was there to collect someone.It was for us I just think his english was poor so he couldn't read who he needed to collect

The entire tour was in chinese! I wasn't aware of this. but the guide, Rina, was very nice and friendly. very accommodating. lucky for me, I speak malay and Rina was able to translate everything for me very well. Very sweet lady. She made the tour very pleasant for me despite me being the only non-chinese speaking tourist. Got to see proboscis monkeys and fireflies. I wish there was binoculars rental though! The food was good and the performance during dinner time was very entertaining.

the air conditioning in the coach was not functioning and it was very stuffy in the coach making the 2 hour trip unpleasant. bus upkeep was poor.

The boat was very crowded and the 'cheers' were too noisy. The guides could also do a better job at making sure all the visitors were briefed - there were two korean ladies who got left out of the explanations during the tour, probably by accident.

It was just two of us who speaks English,the others were Chinese. Sometimes, we have no idea what the tour guide is doing or what is happening on the tour since it was not always translated to English.
We are,however, very greatful our luggages were kept safe.

The driver who fetched us to jetty is nice and punctual. He did introduce a lot of things about Sabah to us.
However, We are not satisfied with the dinner provided as personally we don't think that this is so called unique Malay dinner.
Yet, the others managed to get a free coconut drink but we didn't get it.
Besides, there is no tap water supply at the jetty and so the lavatory is so dirty and awful.

紅樹林遊船的船設計阻礙視線，要站起來了看到
遊船時間不夠，接近一半時間高速行駛
晚餐食物一般，我們一行四人，還沒有完成晚餐，導遊看見情況，竟然不理會客人情況，立即起行，實在令人憤怒。
螢火蟲之旅，上船至下船只有不夠20分鐘，途中工作人員叫囂，大叫「好漂亮噢」不下10次，製造不必要噪音，亦影響別人觀賞之餘，亦影響寧靜的生態環境。

信上通知1:40來接，等到50幾分都沒人出現，亦無電話聯絡，我們自己打電話到旅行社確認是否發車。
雖然知道是併團車，但是導遊不太去解釋行程或辨認旅客，大家常在找是屬於哪台車或哪條船，感覺很混亂

專車飯店門口接送但並沒有....導游是說我們飯店不能停車,還走了好一會才到專車的地方
車子很新很大感覺很安全
因為下兩有提供雨衣, 但品質極差,動作大一點就破了
坐在船裡, 人全身溼又冷, 椅子很溼, 站也不是,坐也不是
晚餐味道普通,雞肉吃起來不新鮮,當晚回飯店後友人過敏

晚餐伙食差強人意,有進步空間
阿健的服務很好,尤其觀賞螢火蟲時,安排早些出發,並賣力引來很多螢火蟲

等待時間太長。尤其到了吃下午茶的地方大約4點，為了等別團的人到5點多才吃點心。然後又等了一會兒才上船看猴子。
