Warm Remind

  • Postponement Fee of MYR 50 per person applies for rescheduling of booking within 3 days of the travel date.
  • Change of guest details fee: MYR 30 per person.
  • There are 2 daily scheduled departures: SUNSET (5:30pm - 7:30pm), and NIGHT (8:00pm - 9:30pm)
  • The Cruise will return to Jetty at 7:00pm (SUNSET) and 9:00 pm (NIGHT) respectively, but the live band and full cruise experience will continue until the end of the session at 7:30pm (SUNSET) and 9:30pm (NIGHT). Guests who need to leave earlier once the cruise has docked may do so.
  • Tables and seats are allocated when onboarding. Table seating arrangement will follow the latest SOPs set by the Ministry of Health. For couples who wish to have guaranteed private table by the window, surcharges of MYR150 per table will be applied. Please inform us if you wish to prebook private table upon booking.

How to Pay

Pay on travelling day

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.

Accep Visa and MasterCard credit card, Malaysian bank transfer, Paypal, FPX, Alipay. 2.3% surcharge apply. Please be noted that 2.3% processing fee is non-refundable in case there is cancellation 3 days after the payment made.

  • Pickup Service:  Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.

  • Specialities: You may decide the joining date, no compulsory tips (If you are happy and satisfied with the journey and the tour guide service, it's always a nice way to express your appreciation with tipping, OR words of thanks is good enough).
