  • Postponement Fee of MYR 50 per person applies for rescheduling of booking within 3 days of the travel date.
  • Change of guest details fee: MYR 30 per person.
  • Tables and seats are allocated when onboarding. Table seating arrangement will follow the latest SOPs set by the Ministry of Health. For couples who wish to have guaranteed private table by the window, surcharges of MYR150 per table will be applied. Please inform us if you wish to prebook private table upon booking.
  • If require 2 ways transfer service (hotel <> jetty), please remark upon place booking, we will add MYR30/pax to your booking amount.

Pay on travelling day

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.

Specialities: You may decide the joining date, no compulsory tips (If you are happy and satisfied with the journey and the tour guide service, it's always a nice way to express your appreciation with tipping, OR words of thanks is good enough).
