  • For the group sunset cruise will require at least 8 participants. If we do not reach this, we will inform you 2 days before.
  • Kindly ensure to reach the meeting point at the jetty 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Any lateness will not be waited.
  • The boatman reserves the right to change or amend the sailing routes for the comfort of our passengers in the event of bumpy sea conditions.
  • Individuals below the age of 21 are not provided with alcoholic drinks.

How to Pay

Pay on travelling day

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.

Pickup Service:  Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
Tour Type: Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied. Specialities: You may decide the joining date, no compulsory tips (If you are happy and satisfied with the journey and the tour guide service, it's always a nice way to express your appreciation with tipping, OR words of thanks is good enough).
Cancellation & Refund Policy:  (1) 15 days and above cancellation , 25% of the trip full price forfeited. (2) 14 - 3 days cancellation, 50% of the trip full price forfeited. (3) 0 - 2 days cancellation , 100% of the trip full price forfeited. (4) In the event of No Show , 100% of the trip full price forfeited. (5) Only cancellations made by the operation team due to bad weather or other force majeure will be entitled for a refund. (6) Tour will still proceed in the event of rain , if guest choose to not participate even if the tour is able to proceed will not be entitled to any refunds. (7) The operation team maintains the right to change routes, timings, and itinerary reserves if conditions beyond their control require it. (8) In an event of adverse weather during the tour, operation team has the right to cancel and return to Jetty for the safety of all passengers. No refund will be given on this.
