Important Note
• According to Sabah Park’s announcement, the Canopy Walk is currently under maintenance until further notice. Therefore, it will be temporarily replaced with Jambatan Tamparuli.
• Any changes or cancellations due to weather or other force majeure, the operation team maintains the right to change routes, timings, and itinerary reserves if conditions beyond their control require it.
• No luggage & additional stops allowed.
• Due to the duration & distance, please note that guest who wants to experience ATV will not be able to visit Desa Farm, no partial refund will be granted.
• Please note that traffic tends to be heavier during public and school holidays.
• Traditionally made with wild boar, it's now prepared with pork due to Sabah’s hunting ban.
• Optional ATV activity charges are payable on-site. (Charges are determined on site)

Poring Hot Spring:
• The canopy walk is not recommended for participants with heart disease.
• The entrance fee for the hot springs is included in your tour package. However, please note that there is an additional charge for using the hot spring bathtub.
• Guest that are interested in the hot spring bath or soak, please discuss this with the tour guide in advance, as it may require skipping the canopy walk and shortening your lunch break.

- For guest choosing to soak in the hot spring tub, it is recommend to bringing swimwear, towels, and personal toiletries.

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.
