  • No locker is available at the beach. Guest is advised not to bring valuable items.

  • Equipment must be used responsibly; damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

How to Pay

Pay on travelling day

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  Cancellations made less than eight (8) hours prior to the tour departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge. A 100% charge will be imposed for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Our guide was incredibly patient explaining all the paddling techniques so the kids felt confident in the water. Everything was well-organized and safe, though we wished the sandbar session had been a bit longer.
