The driver (Mr. Wong / +60 16 846 6820) was very friendly and gave us many suggestion on where to eat and other tours available. Lester (?), our guide for the rafting was also really friendly and we had a great time thanks to him. A few unexpected events along the way but we had fun enjoying the serene surroundings and making friends along the way. Will definitely go for rafting again.

Thr is a waiting timw around 15-20 mins, not quite sure why, a bit bored while waiting, rafting time barely beyond 1 hour, got 2 stops in between, kind of short for this wonderful rafting experience. Overall, still a pleasant tour, nice tour guide, pick up on time.

Waited more than 30 mins before pick up. Was informed by RiverBug that they only knew of our booking on the day itself.
Before the day we have scheduled the pick-up time on 830am. However it was around 820am that the tour company let us know that the pick-up time was delayed for an hour. The reason given was the driver have to go to mosque for morning praying session, particularly that day was on the Raya celebration day. We can accept the one hour delay but seriously not the last minute notification to inform us. It is foreseeable that the driver will be late,but the tour company didnt let us know. Neither did they take the initiative to confirm our itinenary before hand too. We called them the night before and they say no problem we will fix to the initial plan 830am pick-up time.

The one who pick us up in the hotel was shy and not very active, cannot collect the tourists in the hotel lobby and need us to find her for instead.

the whole journey was lead by the driver. After finishing the rafting, it would be better if the driver can tell the arrangement in base camp, i.e. instead of just telling us to shower and change clothes in base camp, he should have told us to select and order our photos.
Our family had the best time white water rafting. Andre The bus driver was absolutely wonderful, he drove extremely careful and I felt very safe, unlike other tour drivers I have experienced. Daniel was also very good and made us feel very welcome aboard and explained our tour very well. The tour guides on our boat were so much fun and made our day giving us loads of exciting times and memories. Will definitely not hesitate to recommend your tour company. One other thing I booked our tour at 10.00pm the night before and was a bid worried no one would turn up. We went to the reception area of the Horizon Hotel and we had a member from the tour company greet us. Couldn't believe it. Food at the end of our rafting was absolutely beautiful and delicious. The area was extremely clean and well presented. Well done.
