Mengalum Island Snorkeling

接送的大哥人非常好，準時出現，也會告訴我們回程時等待的時間地點。
環灘島旅遊公司的人給我們船票時候，也會細心地告訴我們一些注意事項，還有集合地點，雖然天候不佳導致船程很顛簸，但整體而言很滿意，謝謝!!

環灘島行程安排的非常隨便，浮淺的地點非常糟，連魚都沒看到幾隻，而且導遊也沒有導覽，完全是放牛吃草的行程。
另外下午午餐後安排自由活動時間，原本跟大家說2:30碼頭集合，結果2:10不到就催促大家上船，讓我們拍照時間完全被壓縮，原本計畫好的時程完全被打亂，整趟旅程時間縮短，感覺非常的糟。
回到碼頭後，旅遊公司也沒人跟我們聯繫接回旅館的事情，我們最後只好搭uber回市區，非常不負責任。ˇ

Really appreciate Natenie and her manager to help find the last 2 space the night before the tour. it was a last minute arrangement during peak season working overtime at night to help me. It was a beautiful island, we had a great time.

Appreciation: The boatmen (not sure if that's how they're called, I mean those who helped out on the boat, and who took us to snorkel. But not the tour guide) were helpful and nice. Especially, one named Aram (pronunciation only, as I didn't get his name's correct spelling). Really appreciated his sincere assistance and service throughout the whole tour.
Complaints: This tour booked with sabahbooking showed that the tour company is Sanctuary Borneo Travel Agency Sdn. Bhd. A driver from this company picked us up and drove to the pier at Sutera Harbour Hotel and waited for another tour company (Summer Cruise Holiday, if remember correctly) to open. If this tour is not operated by Sanctuary Borneo Travel, why can't this tour be booked with Summer Cruise Holiday directly on sabahbooking? We were pissed with this arrangement, because we were picked up at 7am as scheduled, it took less than 10 minutes get to Sutera and the booth of Summer Cruise Holiday, and we waited for more than 45 minutes there!! We were the only two being picked up by this driver. We suppose things can be arranged better by one company alone instead of two, and that we might be picked up a bit later from the hotel, say 7:45 instead of 7am, leaving the two of us waiting for such a long time.
Also, maybe due to the arrangement by two different companies, as quoted on sabahbooking for this tour (http://sabahbooking.com/tours?actionType=details&tid=95&lang=en_US) : "Two snorkeling activities, mask, snorkel & fins are provided." We thought fins are included as stated, until we got on the boat for our first snorkeling trip, we were told there were no fins. The tour guide said no one from the company told him so!! Luckily, thanks to Aram, one of the boatmen did not get into the water during snorkeling sessions, so they borrow one pair for me, but not for my husband though. I'm grateful for having such a wonderful team of boatmen. But I do want to complain about the company arrangement.
