The driver of this transfer drove like a maniac with no consideration for the comfort of his passengers. He drove fast on poor, rough roads, it was an extremely uncomfortable trip/

I operate a driving tours business and I would never find this acceptable for my customers. Their comfort and safety must be paramount, regardless if it takes a little longer to reach the destination.
