    Semporna hotel pickup and depart to the jetty.

    Enjoy a Malay style Hi-tea upon arriving at the jetty.

    Move to Pegagau River , start the river cruise.

  • 4

    Search for wild proboscis monkey, silver leaf monkey, long tail macaque & crocodiles.

  • 5

    Proceed to a local restaurant after the river cruise to enjoy local dinner.

  • 6

    Proceed with the firefly viewing.

  • 7

    Back to Semporna Town.

  • 8

    Arrived back to Semporna Hotel.

Pay on travelling day

No advance payment is required, simply pay cash in Ringgit-Malaysia to tour guide. However, you still need pay in full for any cancellation made 1 day prior to tour date.

Tour location / Depart from: Tawau (Semporna) . To reach Tawau city, you have to take a domestic flight or bus express from Kota Kinabalu or Sandakan. There are direct flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport too.
Recommend to book:  1 month(s) in advance

Insurance: Tourist transportation insurance included. Please contact your insurance agency for personal travel insurance.
Pickup Service:  Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
Tour Type: Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied. Specialities: You may decide the joining date, no compulsory tips (If you are happy and satisfied with the journey and the tour guide service, it's always a nice way to express your appreciation with tipping, OR words of thanks is good enough).
Cancellation & Refund Policy:  (1.) No refund for any cancellation made within 2 days from the tour date, 90% of full payment will be refunded if cancel 3 days and above. (2.) Tour will still proceed in the event of rain if there are no cancellation mentioned. Guest that choose to not participate in the tour will be assumed as NO SHOW. (3.) In the event of NO SHOW , there will be no refund for guest. (4.) If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances before the tour proceeds , guest will be refunded the tour fee. (5.) Tour fee will not be refunded once the tour is proceeding. (6.) Operation team reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tours if weather conditions do not permit for the safety and comfort of the guest.

There were three boats, but only two tour guide follow, one of them have to come to our boat after a while. And the friesfly is way far from expectation.....just a couple of them while walking out.

It will be better if the boat can flow more slowly through the mangrove river with engine off to have better chance to see Proboscus monkeys.
But it was nice trip and guide Anna knows very well were we can see monkeys.
Cultural program was very nice.
