The biggest attraction in Sabah for tourist all around the world - Mount Kinabalu. It’s the highest peak in south-east Asia, measuring 4,095.2 m high. Some say, the Mount Kinabalu is one of the easiest mountain to climb, but don’t underestimate the challenges that you’ll face on the Summit Trail.
You reach the final destination at Low’s peak. As you wait in the cold, dawn gradually creeps over the horizon, illuminating the darkness with the light of a new day.
Watching sunrise at the top has been described by travelers everywhere as a life -enriching experience In clear weather, you can almost see all of Sabah spread out below. From this vantage point, you will also see a dramatic drop more than 1,000 m drop - Low’s Gully. A chasm stretching 16 km. in length, it separates the summit plateau into the western and eastern plateau.
The base at the low peak is well-equipped with facilities. Advance reservation (3 ~ 6 months prior) are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

- A porter would normally carry up to 10kg at MYR13-MYR16 per kg. Simply ask for porter service on climbing day upon registration.
- You may leave the luggage at Kinabalu Park, there will be a charge at MYR 12 per bag per night.
- No age limit for kid to join, however, it is reccommended at least 5 years old.
- Children 16 years old & below will required a personal Mountain Guide @ RM 230 nett guide. Maximum 1 guide for 2 children.

Drinking Water / Hot Water: Balsam Cafe & Laban Rata Restaurant are no longer provide hot water/drinking water for climbers. Mineral water is available for purchase at the grocery counter – MYR 7 for 500ml / MYR 14 for 1.5 liters. Coffee & Tea will only be provided during breakfast and supper. Mountain Guide Overtime Charges: Mountain Guide overtime charges based on arrival to Timpohon Gate on the descend day: MYR 15 per guide for every extra hour start from 4pm (count as a group). Transportation Overtime Charges: Transportation overtime charges based on arrival to Timpohon Gate after 7pm on the descend day = MYR 80 per van per way. |
Insurance coverage for climbers area as follow:
Accidental death only :
MYR 70,000.00 (climber age between 13 to 75 years)
MYR 50,000.00 (climber age under 13 and above 75 years)
Lifelong disability as a result of an accident that occurred :
MYR 70,000.00 (climber age between 13 to 75 years)
MYR 50,000.00 (climber age under 13 and over 75 years)
Accidental costs only :

MYR 2,000.00 (climber age under 13 and over 75 years)
Funeral arrangement :

Tour Type: Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Insurance: Tourist transportation insurance included. Please contact your insurance agency for personal travel insurance.

Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
