- Because we are non-swimmer, they take us on calmer and less vigorous water. Quite dissapointed as we expect more extreme journey as this is level3-4 water rafting. Maybe in future can highlight that non-swimmer may expect low level rafting experience
- love the experience of travel by local train. We experience on of routine of life for Sabahan people. Eg: Landslide block the railway causing train delay; cram train so full of people. You can breathe all type of smell; train is the transport for rural sabahan
Train is extremely hot, can advise us to bring some fan etc. The transit train station has too few seats so that many tourists need to stand for a long time to wait for the next train. The shower has no water on that day. Otherwisee, very satisfied and service is good.

Complaint on Sabah, Riverbug. They told us a few pcs of photo (burn into CD) will sell at RM100 to a team (exclude the rest of the team on that day) and warned us no camera prohibited. If visitors want to take their personal gadgets it is under their own risk, Sabah Riverbug do not have the rights to block us. Would like to share my experience with Perak Riverbug where I did rafting at Gopeng last year September. It was the professionalisme (of tour guide and his team) and top quality service given by Gopeng Riverbug which makes me to recommend Sabah Riverbug to my friends to do rafting at Padas River. The rafting I had at Padas river is very dull and it should be a level 1 instead of level 3/4 claimed by Sabah Riverbug. Our certificate stated level 3/4. I am glad that the safety procedure were clearly demonstrated by Sabah Riverbug.
Would like to question Riverbug honor. Sabah team told us there will be no photo be upload into main riverbug website. But Gopeng team told me they will upload photos into website within 3 weeks. I did downloaded the Gopeng pictures from the website. I feel "con" by Sabah team. There were HongKies, Germanese and etc with us that day. This create a bad image for Malaysia tourism.

The manual rail ride from Tenom station to the starting point was a bonus! Beautiful scenery when driving from KK city to Tenom st. and all the way to the starting point. Friendly people we met included the tourguide, rafting instructor & rafting guides. The whole trip was such a wonderful experience. We actually requested for the certificate and we did received it on the night before flight depart! Thank you lovely people from Sabah!!

We were asked to wait at the lobby of Magellan Sutera at 0520 (not to mention arrive 15 mins in advance) but the coach arrives at 0540.
The coach is really wonderful! However, I am really disappointed with the transportation arrangement! We had to wait for very long time to get on the bus and especially the train!!! It did waste our time as we got up at 5:00am without any breakfast! It turned out that we used the time to WAIT and you just tell me the driver is hang over, it's so unacceptable!
