第一站來到 馬努干島（Manukan Island），它是東姑阿都拉曼海洋公園中面積第二大的島嶼。這裡以清澈的海水、整潔的沙灘及完善的設施而聞名，非常適合游泳、浮潛，或在海邊悠閒放鬆。若您喜歡輕度探索，島上的自然步道也能帶來不同角度的熱帶景觀。
接著前往 沙比島（Sapi Island）。這座小巧卻迷人的島嶼，以細白柔軟的沙灘與豐富的海洋生態著稱。距離亞庇市區僅短短船程，是非常適合近岸浮潛的島嶼，常可看到繽紛的熱帶魚群，包括鸚鵡魚與蘇眉魚（Napoleon Fish）。

Went with my husband and two kids and this was hands down the best day trip we've had in KK. Loved that we left from the Sutera Harbour jetty instead of the crowded downtown terminal, way less chaos getting on the boat. Manukan's snorkeling was great, saw so many fish right off the beach, and Sapi in the afternoon felt quieter and more chill. Lunch was simple but decent. Would book again with no hesitation.

This tour was awful. It ruined the last day of our holiday. The guide,Andy, was not appropriate in his communication. He just believed everything was not his fault when it’s actually his responsibility. He needs training. There was lots of waiting at every point. We were picked up 30 minutes too early (waiting at jessleton for 30 minutes) and waited probably 30 minutes at every change. We waited for a sub standard lunch in a hot tent with no fans and no view with clients who were smoking. We waited for 30 minutes on a boat whilst clients shouted at the guide and we waited for one client and then another. We could not get off the tour early. The facilities at Sapi were terrible. The snorkelling kit did not fit our children and Andy’s reaction was there is nothing I can do and a shrug. I tried messaging the lady who arranged our transport but she couldn’t fix anything either. I want to know the name of the company who booked so I can complain formally to them and about them.

I believe you must be able to trace the tour company and the tour guide's name if you check through my booking code. The tour guide is terribly irresponsible, we were toured by his son,and he just listened to the music under the tree, enjoying his lunch.We were just liked his followers,followed to the boat,to the beach,then left us there for three hours. All he said to us were warning us not to lose the diving tools,safety jackets,and must be on time at the jetty cos the boat WILL NOT WAIT.But we ,as a group of tourists had been waiting at the jetty for 20 minutes ! !!!He just can't be bothered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please don't use this tour company anymore.

We've been wasting 45 mins to wait for 2 late guests. The driver kept telling us 5 more mins and even brought us to the parking lot and then wait for another 10 mins. Letting 2 late guests wasting other 10+ Guests' time is a very bad decision, because they just destroy your reputation.
When we made the complaint to you, and reveal our concerns on the next days' journey, you only tell us that these 2 guests will not join, so we can depart on time. I don't think this kind of promise is meaningful.
I'll not join or recoomend your program anymore.

在碼頭等候一個小時才能上船,導遊沒有主動交代等候時間,要我們問她,她才告知。船在中途壞了入水,導遊只是不斷用馬來西亞跟船佚和其中兩名乘客交談,完全沒有告訴我們安排,在船上等了差不多一小時,看著船不斷入水,十分害怕,導遊完全沒有做任何事情,最後有一隻船來打救,但由已浪費了很多時間。安排太差勁!我一定不會推介此行程給朋友!

The time staying at the islands is in a bit rush, especially in the afternoon because we have to take lunch there. So if the departing time can be extended to 4 pm instead of 3 pm, we will feel more relax and enjoyable. We can have more time for sign-seeing, swimming, walking around, doing what we like to do, not in hurry.

Tour was for Pulau Sapi and Pulau Mamutik, but was told no transfer to Sapi and changed to Manukan. Did not like Manukan as beach and water was dirty and littered with trash. Heard a lot of good things about Sapi. Very disappointed about the change in the itinerary without notice. We feel that we should get a partial refund due to this.

2. She did not know the package fee already including snorkel equipment. She intended to rent 3 set of equipment for my family without asking my advice so as to save the cost. Actually our group have 4 members and my little son is just 5 and very good for snorkelling.
3. For transportation , we are waiting boat transportation between island under strong UV at the pier around 15-30 minutes each trip . She seemed not know where the boat gone.
4. Finally , we finished the trip at the island and back to the pier . She said no van is ready to Hotel and fully hired. Supposing our schedule was confirmed a month ago, I can't imagine if she book the van at the 7Apr . At last , we get back to Hotel by taxi and she paid the fare.
