The snorkeling here is superb. The islands are well away from river outflows and urban pollution resulting in great visibility. The reefs are shallow, so easy to observe with fantastic coral cover.
Plus, because you are off the beaten track your trip will be shared with about 10 other guests guaranteeing no crowding. The island itself is coral sand, resulting in blinding white beaches and achingly beautiful turquoise lagoons.

09:30 Depart for Mantanani Island.
10:15 Arrive at Palm Beach at Mantanani Island - start snorkeling.
12:00 Back to Palm Beach for lunch.
13:30 Swim / snorkel at house reef.
14:30 Depart back to jetty.
15:15 Arrive at jetty.
16:00 Depart for Kota Kinabalu.
18:30 Arrive Kota Kinabalu and transfer back to hotel.
