Alex's service towards all the tourists can be better. He was mostly attending to his girlfriend that was on the same trip. Flow also can be better. Half the time tourists were confused on what to do and where to go.

We were appalled by this tour. Apart from the guide Raymond who was great,
1. the boat trip out to the island was reckless and dangerous and the boat went so fast that we sat and waited for the other boats to arrive for 30 minutes doing nothing in the heat
2. it took an hour to get organised for snorkelling.
3. I saw one guide stand on the coral and another pick up a sea cucember from the bottom and hold it out of the water so a chinese tourist could take a photo then squeeze it and probably kill it.
4. This lack of respect for the sea environment was appalling and totally unprofessional. If this is how you show the Chinese tourists the environment then no wonder they don't respect it either.
5 This company should not be allowed to take tourists snorkelling as hanging off a rope with a life jacket on and looking down through a full face mask isn't snorkelling. It is something else so say what it is that you do. Water viewing or whatever.....

The tourguide by the name of Ashley was not refined and rude. We mistakenly sat on a table that was reserved for her guest and she shouted at ask by asking who told us to sit on this table when we were nt even informed on where to sit. Another thing is that she was bossy to us customers

This was the worst tour experience of our lives.
Itinerary:
From an itinerary perspective, we spent most of the day waiting around for other tour groups, which was highly deceiving when the tour description online said that you would be with no more than 10 other people. Instead there were hoards of other tour groups, which meant it was crowded and most of our time was spent waiting around. What was also misleading is that we thought we were booking an English tour, but the entire trip was Chinese speaking.
At one point, we needlessly stopped off at some fruit stand that costed multiple times more than in the city and had pay-per-use bathrooms. It was also where over a dozen other tour buses came by.
Service:
Our boat driver stole our smartwatch from inside our bag during our second snorkelling session. Fortunately for us, and unfortunately for him, we could track the watch from our phone, which told us it was on the boat. At the end of the tour and after spending half the day looking for it on the boat, they had finally "found" our watch in a black plastic bag thrown in the rubbish bin. It was all clear to everyone that the driver had tried to steal from our bags and we wouldn't have had been able to retrieve had it not been trackable by our phone. It was absolutely a horrible experience and it begs the question on how many times tourists have had their things stolen on their tour.
I was absolutely mortified by this experience and the fact that we still had to pay for this tour. The tour guide, Uncle Li (Lee), was more focused on the fact that we finally got it back at the end, and completely unsympathetic for the whole ordeal.
Given this horrible experience, I am requesting a full refund for the trip.

The lunch meal was excellent. The 2 snorkeling sites were both good with plenty of fish and corals. The boat ride was thrilling. It was nice to also have free drink and small snack at the boat pick up.

The snorkeling facilities provided very poor. There are no enough better quality provided for all people on the boat. We only can choose the remaining life jacket and which is obviously more poor quality. The design is belt-less and come with zip, so it cant be tighten to fit to your body size. We feel uncomfortable when snorkeling, need to pull down our life jacket to make us floated. We did to request the better quality life jacket from the tour guide, but he still fail to provide it. Beside, the mask provided also quite dilapidated. Water can seep in through the gap.All these was make us not really enjoy.

The team on the boat were on the whole fantastic and looked after our group including my older relatives. The only exception to this was the lead guide who communicated poorly (we couldn’t hear the information he provided) and seemed to be more interested in singing karaoke and playing tricks on the guests than providing a pleasant informative service. This detracted from the trip somewhat.

The snorkelling spot was not great. Most of the corals were dead, less fish hence not much to see during snorkelling. Would be great if the tour team really explore the suitable spot for snorkelling. I got bored after 10 minutes of swimming. Anyhow, the island is stunning. Beautiful place and the schedule was great.

The transport van had seatbelts but they were zip-tied together so I couldn't use them.
The boat kept stalling over and over again during transport.

Sea water spashed into the boat from the front broken window on the way back to the jetty. Unluckily being seated in the 1st row, my whole body got wet as well as my bag. What a damn business! It's definitely an unpleasant feeling after you have just cleaned up yourself. This kind of matter is evitable if your company constantly ensure that the vessel is always in good condition.

Hi, Im May Lee from Kuala Lumpur, Im join this Mantanani Tour and feel very satisifed on it. The tour guild is good communication, and the itinerary also good. But one thing make me very angry, I saw 2 different China's tourists let their kids pee on the beach, and the toilet is just few walks only. And some of them spitting and throw the rubbish on the beach. I know maybe its different culture, but Im hope that tour guide will remind them, to behave themselve. Because Im Malaysian, Im feel very upset when saw this. Hope that my suggestion will let your attention.

I have reservated Mantanani Hoping Tour and requested the pick-up service at KK suites at Marina Court.
However, the pick up time was changed to 30 minutes later without our agreement.
Your officer just sent me a SMS by mobile phone about it.
Constrainedly, I agreed but the driver did not come to my hotel lobby on time.
I contacted to him and your office but your driver went to wrong address.
Anyhow, your driver did not come my hotel and another person picked up me.
Nonetheless, the ship was gone when we arrived Jeselton Point.
I have claimed to your driver but they just said to me that you have to contact tour company and did not carry our any measures.
I just called to +0660106668323 but they were same.
In additional, I have sent the E-mail to you but I have received only your response as below.

The tour company did not memtion anything about change of itinerary, route and ship boarding place. Just advanced the pickup time. The driver arrived 35 mins late.. The journey only allow totally 1 hour of snorkling using 8 hours on boat and car. The tour guide was rough, arrogant and unprofessional. Will not join anything by Low Price Holiday in the future.

我們上船的地點和船程和你們所介紹的完全不同。車程比上次的遠很多,船程也比上次第遠一倍，去到美人魚島時已是11點多, 共用了3個多小時，來回共用了6個多小時,他們又怎能提供兩浮潛呢? 而那條大船共坐了6，70人,單是排隊下水也用了15分鐘了。張心比己，如你參加了這樣的local tour, 又怎能開心, 釋懷呢 ? 如你說因價錢升了不能提供你們行程單上的行程，你可跟我說,我們绝不介意付出多點而換來滿意的一天。 而那天那個導遊也說他們的是便宜豬仔團, 專收中國來的豬仔。這個你又怎能解釋得到。完全貨不對版。

I think join with your tour is wrong decision! I can't find the advantage in this tour, conversely I just consider our family safety problem in whole journey, due to the irresponsible tour guide.
In addition the tour guide is unhelpful guy! My father can't swimming, he danger. Then I call the tour guide to help to need the Lifebuoy， he say" your father has life jacket is all right, and than he say with me to call our tour guide Leo to help, that it to leave me and my father!

I heard that originally there is one more snorkeling in the afternoon.
But, there was no more chance whereas an other tour team did one more after lunch.
And also there was some problem with other persons because of sharing the place for luggage with other tour teams. Some people moved my bag to another table when i was doing snorkeling.

The timing between two snorkellings should be separated. Some people did not want to participate in the second round of snorkelling because of the water was cold and sea sick, but they had to stay on boat for another 45 minutes until the others had finished the snorkelling leaving them no choice but had to suffer another 45 minutes before going back to shore. Further, some items of the food such as shrimp and fried chicken wings provided on the beach are not enough, each guest could only have one each, though the guests were told they could have another one in the second round, but it never happened !

非常好，我曾參與別家較出名（很多港人說好的那家）的團，相比之下，你們的團收費合理，而且服務質素比那家出名的好。具體說就是船比較新，且船有防水板，浪花雖高但不至於弄得坐位濕濕的，而且來回島和市區有乾的救生衣，浮潛時有另外一件救生衣濕水用，這個細心的安排我覺得特別值得讚，因為上次別家只讓我們回程穿回浮潛完濕漉漉的那件上船回程，大家都穿回乾衣服了，淨是拿著都很不方便，也不安全。

gotta wait for shuttle bus for more than 30 mins owing to traffic jam.
boat was too small so that it was very shaky on the wave of the sea. the old woman in front of me threw up and it smelled awful so it made me sick and hard to not to vomit. it would be nice if the guide would warn the tourists about the severe shaking and give plastic bag to people in need. also most of the guests are chinese so the guide spoke in chinese. he spoke english very briefly compared to chinese. no safety cautions were told and felt excluded. that made me feel unsafe so my friend and i had cold feet and gave up taking the second boat for snorkeling even though snorkeling was the reason to choose this tour. island itself was beautiful and peaceful but really hard to get there and the guide was not that kind enough for minorities.

a rep from the company did contact us for the travel confirmation but it was actually very late and we were the one who actually called and asked for the confirmation. it will be better if possible to call a day before.
i have no complain on the service, it was good but the only thing i was not satisfied with was the snorkeling spots. the 1st spot was fine but the 2nd one was a bit disappointing. not much corals and fishes to be seen.

Another complain was...on the boat to the island, most of the participants were probably from China (or Chinese speaking) and therefore, the staff(Chinese Speaking) explained & instructed ONLY IN CHINESE, did not explain in English at all.... so we did not understand.

對深潛體驗的教練非常不滿意！！！！態度差，沒耐心，簡單粗暴，給我和我男朋友都造成很大的心裡壓力和傷害！我男友才訓練了10多分鐘就被沒耐心的教練認定為學不會深潛，只能被迫改成浮潛。我通過了上午的技巧訓練，但是下午正式潛水的時候，我潛到三米多的時候耳壓沒有調整好，面罩有點進水，就比較慌亂。我示意教練升上水面讓我進行一下心理調整。上去之後，教練氣度很強硬地威脅我說，我只有唯一一次重來的機會，并再三催促我立刻重新入水。由於沒有完成心理調整，又被教練的話給了很大壓力，我再次入水就心理崩潰了，放棄了。教練還說了一句：算了，別逼自己。語氣很輕蔑。並且，他並沒有把我送回船上，只找了一個船員接應自己就玩去了。之後就再也沒有出現過，也沒有詢問我要不要重新試一次。我當時一個人在船上，心理很難過，不停哭泣。我非常不滿意！！！最後旅行社核實了問題，給我們減免了一部份團費作為賠償。

I have a kid with me and no care is given to the kid, even though i requested for help during snorkeling trip, highlighting that we couldn't swim. We were left being carried away by the strong current. There is not enough food prepared, we were slightly late to the lunch buffet line, and the food is wipe out!

飯店接送很準時，並且很準時到達碼頭，但是出發時間延遲，在碼頭等了一小時才前往。
導遊沒有充分解說將進行的事，需要團員不斷詢問。當天天氣很好，風浪也不大，以為下午會第二次浮潛，結果在那邊休息很久，導遊也沒來解釋接下來行程，然後去問就說三點要離開島，也沒有所謂的第二次浮潛。

風浪太大，回程要折返美人魚島，差點要在那裡露營住一晚。幸好第二次回程還是順利回到了碼頭。不過整個行程只浮潛了30分鐘左右，是很可惜的。

美人鱼岛浮潜是不错的选择,总体比较满意.尽管抵达酒店接我们晚了30分钟,但事先我们有知因要接其他游客可能会晚点,所以也没怎么担心.就是事先没告知是拼车的,到了码头其他旅客都找到了各自的导游,而我们却不知找谁,带我们来的驾驶员又回去了,后来经打听才找到Mr.liao.建议以后能交待清楚.不过接待我们的Mr.liao还是很不错的.

虽然接我们的时间推迟了，但是我们打过电话后，及时跟我们解释了情况，表示理解，对旅游公司还是比较满意的，能够打8分，打10分的原因是来接我们的旅游公司的工作人员在此行程自始至终非常敬业，诚恳，用心，尽他最大的努力来让我们的感受到最美的沙巴，真的让我们从内心感谢他！但是很遗憾，我们没能跟他合影留念，如果可以，希望能转达给他我们的祝福：好人一生平安！！

本来有两次浮潜的机会但导游却称因天气原因取消了一次，当时天空艳阳高照，从早上七点多折腾到下午六点多，却只浮潜了一小时，安排得不好。在等船时等了很久，安排得不紧凑。

the pick up service was very on time, the services were all great, especially thanks David who is funny and responsible. Just one suggestion, it would be perfect if some snorkelling guide or advises can be provided before get into the sea cause some people have no experience before or they can't even swim.... apart from that, we all had a awesome trip in matanani island!

The driver was driving over the speed limit. Boat ride was a night mare. The staffs had no concept of safety or hygene. Snorkeling gears had algae and dirt. They were absolutely disgusting. Buffet was uneatable especially after i saw a server smoking infront of the food.

原定美人鱼岛一天的游览，到中饭以后，导游告诉我们因为KK那边传来消息说海上风浪较大，取消下午的浮潜了，要早点回去。但是钱还是按照两次浮潜来收，说是不可抗因素。下午的浮潜没去，也没有浪费人力和物力，不明白怎么就不能人性化收费一点呢?

2、离开美人鱼岛的时候，有点小风浪，快艇开得很快，水能够把全身都淋湿。这一点应该提前提醒一下，像我们没准备，结果湿漉漉衣服还要做2小时车才能会宾馆换。
